We are thankful to our many volunteers working behind the scenes, sponsors, and neighbors for welcoming visitors into their private gardens. Despite the rain, visitors were enthusiastic and appreciative of our greater Charles Village community.

Who We AreFor over 40 years, the Charles Village Garden Walk has delighted visitors to the many diverse private gardens and outdoor spaces that define our neighborhood's unique charm.

How It WorksInterested in participating?
2025 = gardens SOUTH of 29th St. Whether your garden is a lush jungle, private courtyard, eclectic statement, conservation focused, pollinator paradise, or an emerging project, we want to showcase your outdoors. Start by filling out our interest form. Spruce up your garden. On tour day, hang the Garden Walk banner, open your gate, and welcome visitors. |

How We Garden
Charles Villagers love their gardens and outdoor living. From container gardens on front porches and stoops to backyard spectacles, visitors discover the many ways gardens add character to our neighborhood.

Who We Support
Being in nature promotes well-being, reflection, and opportunities to build healthy relationships with our natural environment. Proceeds from the Charles Village Garden Walk benefit community partners whose missions include outdoor programming and gardens.
